By registering for, accessing, or using the RevoChat AI platform ("Service", "Platform"), including our website at revochat.io, web-based control panel, embeddable widget scripts, WhatsApp integration bridge, and developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use RevoChat AI.

To use RevoChat AI, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account profile and billing details.
• Safeguard your authentication credentials, API keys, and session tokens.
• Promptly notify RevoChat support at security@revochat.io of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are solely responsible for all activities, actions, and API requests executed under your account credentials.

RevoChat provides cloud-based software for creating, training, managing, and deploying AI chatbots, voice assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge swarms, and multi-channel communication tools (including website widgets and WhatsApp connections).

We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or deprecate underlying AI models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Google Gemini) to improve quality, security, and latency.

RevoChat offers both free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise, and custom credit add-ons).

• Billing Cycle: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Payment Gateways: Payments are securely processed through certified third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay and Stripe). RevoChat does not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on its servers.
• Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST), VAT, or local sales taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Renewals & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your billing dashboard.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account billing settings, with access continuing until the end of your prepaid period.

You agree not to misuse the RevoChat AI platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Transmitting or generating unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hate speech content.
• Uploading malware, viruses, worms, or malicious code designed to disrupt platform infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of our backend services.
• Circumventing rate limits, security tokens, CSRF protection, or authentication barriers.
• Using the platform to send unsolicited spam, bulk phishing messages, or violating Meta/WhatsApp terms.
• Scraping or harvesting user or visitor data without explicit legal consent.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

Your Content: You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the documents, prompts, URLs, branding assets, and visitor conversation data that you upload or connect to RevoChat.

Model Training Protection: RevoChat does not use your proprietary knowledge documents, customer chat transcripts, or private embeddings to train public, generalized foundation models for third parties.

Platform IP: RevoChat and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, user interfaces, branding, logos, widget designs, and proprietary algorithms.

RevoChat provides optional integrations with third-party ecosystems, such as WhatsApp (via Web Baileys or Cloud API), Google, GitHub, and calendar providers (e.g. Cal.com).

• Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and acceptable use guidelines.
• When connecting WhatsApp numbers, you are solely responsible for compliance with WhatsApp Business messaging policies, anti-spam guidelines, and recipient consent.
• RevoChat is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REVOCHAT AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO REVOCHAT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings, disputes, or arbitration arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
